'Louise Ann Bromley'

Galanthus elwesii 'Louise Ann Bromley'

Galanthus elwesii 'Louise Ann Bromley' is one of the best varieties of this species to date. It is still the record holder in terms of flower size, because the petals of this variety have already reached 50mm in the past. The inner petals have an attractive, wide x-shaped mark. Furthermore, the gray-green leaf coloration of this variety is particularly pronounced.
This snowdrop was discovered by the famous galantophile David Bromley, who discovered it in his garden in Shropshire, England and named it after his late sister.
