Galanthus hybrid ‘Caryl Baron’

The snowdrop variety 'Caryl Baron' was first offered in 2014 by Alan Street of Avon Bulbs. Avon Bulbs is a specialist bulb nursery based in the parish of South Petherton in Somerset, England. They have been one of the top names for snowdrops in Europe for many years. Galanthus 'Caryl Baron' is a snowdrop hybrid with green lines at the tips of the outer petals and exceptionally dark inner petals. The green markings at the base of the outer petals is also a typical feature. The flowers of this variety are rather small, but due to its vigor, the plant should not be missing in any garden.
