'Fatty Puff'
Galanthus plicatus subsp. byzantinus ‘Fatty Puff’
Galanthus ‘Fatty Puff’ is somewhat reminiscent of 'Diggory' or 'Priscilla Bacon' due to the rounded shape and the big outer petals with their seersucker texture. In contrast to these varieties, however, 'Fatty Puff' has a different flower design. The markings on the inner petals consist of a large upper spot and two points on the lower edge at both sides of the sinus.
The variety is relatively easy to cultivate and also suitable for beginners. Large plants can produce several flowers per bulb.
