Galanthus nivalis 'Kato'

The snowdrop variety 'Kato' was found by Alan Briggs in the early 2000s. He has already found 'Green Hornet' in the same place. The Green Hornet' is a US crime series from 1966 and 1967 about the fictional hero Green Hornet. Kato was Hornet's sidekick and was played by Bruce Lee, among others.
Galanthus nivalis 'Kato' belongs to the group of ipocs (inverse poculiform) or pterugiform snowdrops, depending on which term you want to use. The outer petals have a sinus spot, as is the case with the inner petals. The flower shape of the representatives from this group is reminiscent of a Chinese pagoda.
