'Pink Panther'

Galanthus reginae-olgae ‘Pink Panther’

Galanthus ‘Pink Panther’ is an autumn-flowering snowdrop that was brought into circulation by Joe Sharman of the Monksilver Nursery. As one of the very few snowdrops, it has a very subtle pink color. This characteristic is only known from Galanthus woronowii, but these high-priced plants are hardly available and have no cultivar names.
It is almost impossible to actually display the true color of Galanthus 'Pink Panther' on photos or on screen. In a garden situation next to other varieties the unusual colour can be a real eyecatcher though. The plant is vigorous and reproduces reliably through daughter bulbs in a somewhat protected place.
